Hybridfest 2008 Members are granted access to
additional activities and benefits not available to the
general public. Hybridfest 2008 Membership is
valid during calendar year 2008

of the acceptance of this entry or my being
permitted to participate in the Hybridfest 2008
Hybrid Owners Car Showcase and/or MPG Challenge, I
agree, on behalf of myself, my personal
representative heirs, and next of kin, to release,
waive, save harmless and keep indemnified the
Hybridfest organizers and all sponsors of this
event and their respective officials, servants,
representatives and agents from and against all
actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in
respect of death, injury, loss or damage to the
person or property of myself or other, howsoever
caused, arising out of or in connection with this
entry and my taking part in Hybridfest 2008, and
notwithstanding that the same may have contributed
to or occasioned by the negligence of said bodies,
their officials, servants, representatives or
agents other than negligence of servants of the
Hybridfest 2008 Hybrid Owners Car Showcase and/or
MPG Challenge on duties not connected with the
Hybridfest 2008 Hybrid Owners Car Showcase and/or
MPG Challenge.
I declare that the use in the
Hybridfest 2008 Hybrid Owners Car Showcase and/or
MPG Challenge of the car hereby entered is covered
by automobile liability insurance as required by
the jurisdiction in which the vehicle is
registered, and furthermore such car is in sound
and fit condition to be driven in this event by me
or my representative, who shall be legally
entitled and competent so to drive. I give
Hybridfest permission to use photos and/or video
and/or audiotape produced during Hybridfest for
promotional purposes.
PASSENGERS: In
