BECOME A HYBRIDFEST 2008 EXHIBITOR
WHY EXHIBIT: Exhibiting at
Hybridfest is a way to get in on the ground floor of
growing regional and local support for alternative
transportation. The 2007 festival saw roughly 12,000
visitors viewing 200 vehicles and learning about them,
with exhibitors coming from Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio,
Florida, Minnesota, Michigan, West Virginia,
Connecticut, Texas, New York, and Massachusetts. That
number will be greater in 2008 because of continued
collaboration with the well-established Dane County
Fair, which annually draws more than 60,000 people
including 10,000–15,000 on each of the two days on which
Hybridfest is scheduled. The Hybridfest MPG Challenge
(July 18, a day prior to the public Hybridfest displays)
is certain to draw interest of the media as well. Be
recognized as a leader in improving transportation and
air quality throughout the Midwest and North America.
Help increase awareness regarding the important issues
of climate change and the need for sustainable
transportation.
Becoming a Hybridfest Exhibitor
is not only a good investment, it’s rewarding and fun!
We encourage exhibitors to take time to participate
actively in the event by exhibiting, speaking, and
joining in on-site discussions. Exhibiting will
expose you to people who are interested not only in
hybrid and alternative fuel vehicles, but other related
products and solutions as well. This event offers an
indoor festival area for you to showcase your company
and its products/services to the
environmentally-conscious and -concerned attendees. And
with our 45,000-squarefoot indoor exhibit hall, we’ll be
attracting crowds in all kinds of weather!

Hybridfest is one of the
Midwest’s first events specifically devoted to the
hybrid electric vehicle and other vehicles and fuels
that can wean America off its dependence on foreign oil.
Last year, more than 12,000 people visited or
experienced Hybridfest 2007: A Hybrid Electric Car Show
and More! The festival boasts attendees from more than
30 different states with more than 200 hybrids on-site.
The Hybridfest MPG Challenge pitted hybrid owners
against each other in a maximize-your-MPG driving
competition.
Hybridfest provides a venue
for hybrid owners and the general public alike to
interact and compare not only current favorites but also
new and forthcoming hybrid car offerings. Attendees,
drawn from the Dane County Fair audience, are serious
about their transportation options and came to learn
more and discuss related products, services, and
worldwide and cultural impacts. The important issues of
climate change, air quality, and the need for
sustainable transportation are all topics of interest.
Hybridfest presents a
showcase of alternative transportation solutions—from
concept vehicles to vehicles that are available and
affordable today. Hybridfest 2008 isn’t only about
hybrids; it will also include flex-fuel E85, biodiesel,
PHEVs, electric cars, and other current and future
transportation solutions. Don’t miss this chance
to participate and deliver your message to the thousands
of attendees who are interested in understanding and
purchasing from the array of alternative vehicles.
